Best PC speakers - Had these for over a year. With the bass control set around a quarter to and the treble set around 12 o clock and a small piece of Blu-tack over the very bright power light these speakers are superb! They are much better than any other PC speakers I have heard.Several friends have bought sets after hearing them and no-one has been disappointed.

good value good quality - First things first, excellent service from Amazon. Ordered Thursday evening, had them by Monday morning with nothing paid for postage. These speakers look very stylish and well made. I have fine tuned the graphic equalizer on the Real Jukebox to suit the characteristics of these speakers and I am very happy with my music. I had a 6.1 set up before with a boomy sub woofer. I prefer these and I can recommend them.

Disappointing speakers - After reading all of the positive reviews on the Creative T20 speakers I decided to swap out my aging Yamaha speakers. The speakers are very poor - lacking resonant bass and sound refinement. Maybe it is unfair to compare these with a hi-fi system but even so I thought the speakers would be better quality. The biggest issue is the right speaker has an audible whining noise even at sitting distance (1 metre away). Unacceptable, so I returned the speakers for a refund. Also the left speaker has a moulded connector and is not detachable. This is a pain if you already have cabling set up running through you desk. Another issue is the ridiculously bright speaker light, some subtlety shown by Creative wouldn t have gone amiss! Overall, very poor build quality and sound quality, would not recommend to audiophiles.

Perfect for the price - I wanted some small speakers for my desk to replace a decent but room eating Antec Lansing 2.1 set. Really impressed with the T20 s: small, solid and nice crisp sound without any hissing or humming of cheaper speakers. Sounded a little tinny at first but that quickly settled down after using them for a couple of days. For the price these are excellent speakers for use with your PC or iPod via the front connector.

Not for everyone - I m returning these things today. I listen mainly to ambient and downbeat sounds that are reasonably bottom-heavy. The tiny drivers just cant cut it... Hip-hop was just as disappointing. On the other hand, I played guitar based stuff and yeah, I can understand why some people who like that kind of music want to boof these speakers. Just be aware, they are not for everyone. I have a set from Maplin which, though not nearly as sturdy, pretty, or clean on the mid to top, handles the bass much more capably in my tiny bedroom. Also, whats the go with that little dance people do when they want to get out from the back of a full elevator?? Thats wierd.
